How to Add Us to Your Email WhiteList

Don't let our awesome emails and newsletters end up in your spam folder. Make sure you add whistle@andrewandpete.com to your whitelists to keep receiving updates from us.

What is an email whitelist...

We all receive unwanted emails that we didn't sign up for. But what happens to those valuable emails we actually want? Spam messaging has became so bad that most email services have put in place blocking or filtering systems to work out whats spam and what's not. The problem is these systems have a set idea of what spam looks like and this causes the decent emails to end up in the spam folder too.

To solve this problem you can create a whitelist, a whitelist holds all the email addresses and domain names that you wish to receive mail from. Your email provider then sends emails from those people direct into your inbox.

Here is a step by step guide for the most popular email services on how to add your subscriptions to your whitelist. If your email service isn't listed below you can contact your IPS customer service for their instructions.

Yahoo! Mail

When you open a message from your emails, Next to the from section which holds the senders name there is a '+' symbol. Select the + symbol and an 'Add to contacts" should pop up, select 'Save"
